The prayer times feature is one of TheebBot's most distinctive exclusive features. The bot automatically sends an alert in chat when each prayer time approaches.

How Alerts Work

1. Choose your city from the settings
2. The bot automatically calculates prayer times based on your location
3. When a prayer time approaches, the bot sends an alert in chat
4. You can customize the alert message to your liking

Choosing Your City

From the Prayer Times settings in the dashboard, select your city or the nearest city to you. TheebBot supports all major Arab cities and many cities around the world.

Custom Messages

You can customize the alert message. Available variables:

Default message: It is now time for {prayer} prayer in {city}. Don't forget to pray!

Available variables:
{prayer} — Prayer name (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha)
{city}   — City name
{time}   — Prayer time
